    Tons of flexibility. Fun to work with students and teachers.

    Not a lot of support from corporate.

    Hire more regional managers for more in-person training of representatives.

    Pros

    Only pro is my coworkers.

    Cons

    Lack of communication with Corporate/Owatonna
    Reducing Hours in the wrong department
    Management won't fix Issues to improve processes
    Terrible pay increases, (company next door pays more for the same job) Haven't had Goal Sharing /Profit sharing in years
    Short Staffed in All Departments
    Favoritism between other employees
    Lack of team building
    My voice doesn't matter (they put it on a list)

    Listens to your employees, they want to improve their job/processes

    Good people. Benefits are good.

    Full time employees in some departments treated like contractors.
    Too much of the good ol' boys club.

    Lose the IBM mentality. (i.e. offshoring) keep jobs in America!
