I worked at Joyce Leslie part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good employee discount, the other sales associates are normally pretty cool

    Cons

management is the worst, there's too many things to do to prevent stealing but the owners refuse to spend money to update the systems.

    Advice to Management

If you want to prevent stealing you need to get rid of your outdated setups! Also just because you can replace your employees easily doesn't mean it's efficient to treat them as so

I worked at Joyce Leslie full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If anything, the discount on their clothing.

    Cons

Safety Hazard and Dirty. There were so many dust bunnies, you could slip on them.
District Managers would come in and approve unsecured fixtures.-They would fall on the customers. The staff was very unhappy, and some would get into fist fight with each other. No security, people would steal incessantly. Company went bankrupt. I would be scheduled, but called in every day to cover other people. On my first day I was asked to do a project in the morning and was forgotten about until closing.

    Advice to Management

    none.
