Pros
-My manager, Ann -The mission of the school -The co-workers (best people ever) -The Pay and Benefits (So, so good!) -Work/life balance -Leadership under the CEO listens, works hard, and accomplishes a ton. Everything was positive...and that's true for almost everyone in the organization regardless of role.
Cons
There aren't any! I'm not just saying that. I really mean it. There. aren't. ANY!

Pros
Outstanding student outcomes. The college has become a top choice for nursing in Utah. This is quite an accomplishment for an accelerated program. Strong new leadership. Ideas are shared openly. Good benefits and very generous PTO policy.
Cons
Lots of change recently, which will impact everyone differently. All-in-all, the college is heading in a very positive direction.

Pros
Excellent student outcomes Management that challenges and appreciates you Competitive pay and good benefits Fun group of people passionate about students
Cons
There has been a lot of change lately, which some will see as a negative even though college is growing and heading in the right direction.

Pros
Only work Mon-Thurs. Base salary competitive but good benefits are non-existent.
Cons
Extremely sub-par students, faculty (other then nursing department) is a joke. Constant turnover in management. You're paid to convince students that belong in retail or fast food that they can succeed in health care if only they take out ridiculous amounts of student loans to pay grossly inflated tuition.
