I have been working at Jubilant Energy as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a very learning experience for me, where i worked on the live projects and utilized my skills n abilities to fulfill the requirement.

    Cons

It has limited man power at the corporate office. It is just into the upstream business of oil and gas sector, whereas for hedging the risk it must come out in the downstream business as well.

    Advice to Management

Cut several expenses made on welfare & entertainment of employees & include them in bonus on good performance
