    Pros

Juice Press is the 21st century and beyond. Here to change the way busy New Yorkers ( and soon to be other cities) eat. Pop into one of their 20+locations and you will see people of all kinds, from yoggis and hippies to buff meat eating men, to the corporate buisness world of midtown. They have amazing product and have stayed true to their beliefs and brand from day 1, which many companies fail to do. I truly believe in their products can provide everyone with a healthier lifestyle.

    Cons

I have worked for several companies both big corporate wall street types and barely standing on their feet start ups but never have I ever witnessed/been a victim of such poor treatment from the "Corporate" / those on the top of the money chain. They treat their employees like absolute trash, do not value them even a little bit, anyone is disposable and they have proven that with all the hirings, firings, and changes the company has seen in its short lifespan. Minimum wage to employees who are the face of the company, no raises...oops sorry $1 raise is granted upon special occasion. No bonuses, no talk about paid time off, no stock options, no benefits, etc. If you do rise up in the company you get thrown into a desk full of more tasks to complete with barely any sort of raise or compensation to go with it. You would think with such a fast growing successful company trying to do some good in the world they would treat their employees well, but only those at the top top of the round table reap the benefits of the ever growing Juice Press brand. Even as a former customer of JP when it was only at 2-3 stores you could see the difference in the staff. Before the staff was always smiling, eager to talk to any customer that walked through the door, and actually maintained great product knowledge. Now...the people they pick (aka anyone who will work for minimum wage) could care less about the brand, could care less to be there, and this energy is apparent if you ever step foot into one of the newer "super" stores. It's very very sad and unfortunate and I really hope for the companies sake they can figure this out, soon.
