    Pros

The people I worked with were awesome and I made a lot of great connections. There are plenty of fun outings and work-related opportunities.

I worked at Julian Krinsky Tennis Camp as an intern

    Pros

    Fun office environment
Different types of projects if you can handle them
Ability to use your own system of organization to approach projects

    Cons

Worried parents will stress you out
Since it is a camp program, virtually no flexibility in time off over summer
Sifting through lots of cumbersome paperwork

    Advice to Management

Put your job postings in a lot of places and have the interviewees practice a phone call. It's more important than you'd think to have good communication skills on the phone here.
