    Cons

No work life balance, 6 working days, stupid attendance system, hilarious HR, IT and Finance, No Bonus, official Eid Holidays are always different then the government, no System in place, Stupid HR policy and Procedure, Juma Al Majid Group is like a jail and whoever works there becomes the saddest human being ever, no growth opportunities, no career path, no training , no engagement, very bad environment and culture with so much of politics and rumors and gossips. employees dont have enough work load so they spend there time in creating rumors and spreading it all around. I petty juma al Majid having such a bad management

    Advice to Management

Top Management specially Chief HR and Chief Finance and other chiefs who are being paid big salaries for doing nothing should be fired immediately since they are making a big harm to the group.

I have been working at Juma Al Majid Group full-time

    Pros

Stablility. Salary on time. They do not fire people unless for a huge reason. Friendly atmosphere. Good company internal purchase policy with good discounts for its products.

    Cons

Can all be summarised by low salaries for normal and mid range employees. However managers especially Arabs are over paid compared to the similar average market job.

    Advice to Management

Re-consider your salary distribution. A talented mechanic earns 3000 AEDs and does all the work while his manager earns 24000 AEDs.

Good salary and benefits if you attain a senior position, ONLY! However, that will also has a cost as described in the Cons. If you want to live under a rock being unnoticed, this is the perfect place for you. Good luck!

No Professional Training, No Career Growth / Plan, Bureaucratic Environment, Complex Financial System & Policy, Strict IT Policy, Unfair HR Policy, Very Traditional and Outdated, Need to deal with so many unqualified people.

Fire all top management, hire young talented & highly-educated people from different backgrounds and nationalities, train and retain existing one with potential and motivate them while enabling them to grow.
