    I have been working at Junior Achievement Canada full-time

    Pros

    You won't find a group of people who care so much about making sure the next generation succeeds. From the staff to the board of directors, they are truly dedicated to the cause.

    Cons

    Working at non-profits can be stressful in times of economic downturns due to diminishing donations.
