    Pros

Juniper has an unlimited PTO policy, flexible work scheduling, and a management team devoted to developing the talents of their employees. There is a good amount of training and there is always encouragement to leverage the benefits of tuition reimbursement policies in place for formal educational offerings.

No cons so far. My experience has been great.

    Advice to Management

I like the direction the company is headed and though we are cutting costs, I believe this can only benefit everyone in the long run.
