    Pros

I came from Cisco and the culture here is SOOO refreshing. There are no barriers to speaking with people with different titles or pay grades like at most companies... Everyone places their best foot forward - and it does not feel like people are here simply to clock in and out. I look forward to going to work each morning, and I've loved everyone who I've met to date.

    Cons

I don't have any (to date!)

I have been working at Juniper Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some of the smartest and most humble people in the networking industry. Salaries are competitive and Senior management has a good vision.

    Cons

Juniper struggles with execution. Typically it takes 4-6 months after a new product comes out before the 'kinks' are worked out. Marketing is terrible, almost no money is invested in the enterprise space and partner communities. It is very evident that Service Providers and Telcos drive the majority of the revenue.

    Advice to Management

Execute on the CEO imperatives, fix QA issues, expand the marketing and invest in a partner community that wants to sell into the enterprise.
