    Pros

Its fast paced work place. Great culture and talented people. Opportunities to grow. Innovation and challenging status quo to always do something new.

    Cons

Its aggressive resulting in burn outs. Work life balance goes for toss. unequal opportunities of growth across different units. Do or die.

    Advice to Management

Need to spend more money on employee development. Keeping tight purse all the time hurts opening opportunities for employees to develop.

    Pros

strong products, technical innovation, interesting work, good compensation, strong leadership, good benefits,

    Cons

not good at dealing with small remote sites, most opportunities are at head office and larger development sites, inflexible human resources policies

    Advice to Management

continue to make it easier for managers to get their job done, too much overhead and too many processes, and cut loose directors and VPs screw up if there isn't another job for them
