Great company culture. Healthy hours and positive environment. Plenty of opportunity to develop your skills. Good exposure to VPs and Execs. Tons of diversity. Many employees have been there for over 10 years which is a great sign.
Cons
Not tons of opportunity for internal promotion due to size of company. Industry is fairly unique to certain markets particularly Texas, so it can be hard to develop skills non-specific to retail electricity.

Employees are not valued for their contributions, JE HR will scrape back any value of the deal you made in mistakes around benefits allocation, bonuses are lacking meaningful value for high performers, and general lack of business continuity and industry knowledge will plague your days with firefights. Key benefits dissolved when the company exited bankruptcy but there is no plan to address that gap. Don't make promises to people that you won't keep. Have mutual respect and realize your businesses success or failure hinges on a mutual social contract that requires both parties to be responsive. Lacking this is transparent.
