    Pros

    Very relaxed environment. Managers are very easy going. Results are expected but you are allowed to work in a way that works for you.

    Cons

    Work flow is very volatile. Can get loads of work in a very short time. Now this is 20 words.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize and reward hard work and talent when you see it. Quality employees are not easy to come by.

    none really they need more work life balance and better management

    Being employed in a tough economy.

    Cons

    Working for an organization that encourages lies and deception. The HR department is corrupt as well.

    Treat your loyal employees with more respect.

    I worked at Just Energy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Base salary was 35,000 and a good learning experience if your new to solar energy.

    Cons

    Horrible Management. Unorganized. Horrible training. Place is like a revolving door. Hours are long. Hours are unclear and they have unrealistic expectations. Limited territory. I would not recommend working here it was not a postive experience. Regional manager was very shady. Getting commission is unclear and a hassle. Tactics they teach are not morally right.

    Advice to Management

    Treat and train your employees better and give better hours.

    Ok Pay/Great co-workers/Great Schedules/ Good training/Good information to know in general

    Management is very Unprofessional/Customers calling to cancel because someone lied to them about the services

    Advice to Management

    When you interview people and you choose not to hire that person, please send a email letting that person know you're not going any further in the hiring process.
