    Pros

I love working here. Great work environment and challenging to not make it boring

    Cons

Poor compensation, no maternity leave. Below average median salary for my position with my experience.

    Advice to Management

Invest in current talent, raise compensation for current employees as it's cheaper to keep current talent than seek outside

    Pros

Not a particularly hard job. If you take the initiatives you can learn a lot about the industry.

    Cons

Below industry average pay with all things considered. Company has little interest in keeping employees long term.

    Advice to Management

It can be hard to keep a good balance between keeping operation cost down and retaining talent, but please keep in mind that you can only get what you have paid for.

I worked at Just Energy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Business Development Opportunities to run your on desk and learn high volume recruitment with focus on two job orders. Very laxed with verbiage, Growing, contest to compete with others, free trips.

    Cons

Pay is minimal for high school aged individuals at best, too many conference calls not enough time to manage what's on your desk. Too laxed with verbiage and attitudes of you are looking for a professional environment might not be the best of you don't have tough skin

    Advice to Management

Be professional, pay what individuals are worth. $15hr is not worth anyone waking up in the morning for the amount of work done

    Pros

Pay structure was innovative and aggressive. The ability to move up is excellent.

    Cons

The downsides of working with Just Energy is the misleading objectives giving by the regional and the national. Alot of dishonest scheming. When production is low sales made by representatives go missing.

    Advice to Management

Honesty is the best policy. If productions are low and the national or regional not being compensated the way they want to. Taking deals from reps is considered stealing.
