I worked at Just Energy as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get what work you put into it.

    Cons

If the gas/electric is cheaper with everyone else and the utility then it's hard to transfer people over. I refused to lie like a few employees to get what I wanted, but I did pretty well.

    Advice to Management

Work mostly outside of the city. Every company goes in the city, but the best offices work away from it.
