I have been working at Just Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've never worked for a company where the leadership is so accessible and involved. They make it a point to visit offices and stay connected in every day activities. Most of our leadership was promoted from within, and remember where they started.

    Cons

Because our company is growing so rapidly we sometimes experience "growing pains".

    Pros

Some cool people that work there, but they deserve better

    Long hours
If you walk through the Call Center is what I think walking through a prison yard would be like
Company is in dire financial crisis.
They literally scam customers. Google "Just Energy Scams" and you'll see hundreds of complaints. Do you want to work for this shady company?
