none ,we lost our pay, production is down can't make no money no more, why start there for min wage when other companies pay more to start you out they are not keeping up with the cost of food and gas. nothing is better like someone said.when we make production they keep us there and if they don't need the boots why keep us there?

    Cons

they don't tell you nothing about what is going on with the company if are jobs are safe and when will we go back to forty hours, can't move up in the company, only certain people get to move up and when they do you don't know about it until they place who they want into that postion

    Advice to Management

yea get new people in there that knows what hey are doing

I have been working at Justin Brands full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

As a whole, the company is very close knit. Departments work together and everyone knows each other in the hallways. Due to this, there is a lot of opportunity for individual work to be seen and recognized.

    Cons

The western industry can be considered small when compared to the larger footwear market, so it requires a proactive effort in order to expand outside of those traditional boundaries.

    Pros

Wonderful fellow employees, know how to work as a team ALWAYS willing to help each other when hard time strike.

    Cons

Low wages, NO raises given, piece rate is ridiculous to make, most piece rate employees make minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as if we MATTER!! We ARE the reason you make you double digit salaries!
