    Pros

    Company fitness program and rewards.

    Cons

    Just about everything else. Horrible management out of touch with staff. Disregard for employees health and well-being. No work life balance. Depressing environment. Management did not allow vacations (illegal) also consistently requested 60 hour work weeks, working from home as well as on weekends. Threatened non-compliant employees.

    Advice to Management

    Make significant changes if you care about you’re employees. Cease lying to subordinates to complete tasks.

    Pros

    Staff is mostly pleasant and capable.
    You can get some professional development if you ask the right way.
    Lots of very long careers for many (both a pro and a con)

    Cons

    Communication varies from bad to non-existent. Silos are everywhere.
    If you're not in Europe or from Europe, your ideas don't matter.
    You're not going to get a meaningful raise.
    PowerPoint is the main decision support application.
    Management wants to hear only happy news. They neglect a lot of serious stuff.

    Advice to Management

    Hire a lot of smart leaders from outside the company.

    Pros

    Salary personnel gets over time past 50hrs, departments can loan you a body if needed, and they will hire fast.

    Cons

    None proactive work environment, not a safe place to work, no security to check people during the day time, nothing to learn from upper management, work to many long hours, no training, To many meetings, no true guidelines, can’t coach temporary employees, departments are not organized, staffing takes weeks, the OM doesn’t like any details.

    Advice to Management

    Coach the management team, organize the work areas with 5S, train all management team members completely, enforce safety and security, increase the pay for temporary workers, and define a true human resource personnel on site.

    Good benefits, 401k, Lots of training, financially strong co.

    Cons

    Growing way too fast and putting way to much on people. Seroius overload , people working 12-14 hours a day and still cannot keep up

    Location, and hours of work very little overtime is required

    Cons

    Management is very cliquish, tend gravitate toward certain individuals, not team players in fact there are no teams.

    Advice to Management

    None, they would not listen anyway.
