    Pros

    Great Salary
    Flexible Work Schedule
    Management Open to Advice
    Great New Training Experience

    Cons

    Some Nights and Weekend
    Very Cyclical Work/Life Balance
    Very Regional Experience

    Advice to Management

Continue to try and push a unified comany culture, overcome the regional experience and always be open to asking "why" and not too quick to blame. You're in a very cyclical industry and your company's culture is all that will be left when we have another "sofening" or "downturn" of the market.
