Pros
People are great, office is modern and has a lot of amenities. Fun place to work. Parking lot has plenty of space.
Cons
Matawan isn't the best town. Two separate floors for business, bathrooms aren't ideal, no good food choices nearby, have to drive a bit.

Terrible operation! Empty promises, incompidant management, buyers are referred to as units, closing are all that matters. Held to standards that superman couldn't achieve. The shareholders are the focus. Condescending management staff that talks out of their arse and supports policy that worked 20 years ago. By far the worse company I have ever worked for!

Senior management leads by dictatorship. I have never had a more condescending interaction with C suite executive as I did with the current CFO. CFO talks down to people at every turn. It is how he keeps CEO fooled. CFO is a scared child.
