    I worked at K-Swiss full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some good people trying to do good work.

    Cons

Their annual review process is the worst I've ever experienced. Jump through a dozen hoops and maybe get a 1-3% raise at the end of it. But don't count on it. (You won't)

The company is hemorrhaging money- you never know when the next mass layoff is going to happen, and if you're lucky enough to stay, enjoy your 3 new jobs (with no raise or bonus).

The incompetence and disfunction of many key people is astounding.

Morale is terrible, for obvious reasons.

    Advice to Management

Why bother- they are not interested in hearing your advice. They're too busy trying to survive another day.

    I have been working at K-Swiss full-time

    Pros

The brands I work at are great. They have great culture and have a lot of potential. Unfortunately ever since K-SWISS bought us that has gone down hill.

    Cons

Poor management of acquisition. Unfair expectations to stay with the company. Dishonesty. They don't care about the employees.

    Pros

Laid back atmosphere and friendly co-workers.

    Cons

Forced to "clock-in", very little opportunity to move up the corporate ladder, no travel.

    I have been working at K-Swiss full-time

    Pros

The ability to travel and work with some of the most prestigious retail buyers in the industry. Multiple brands under their portfolio, this gives you the option to change brands within the same company.

    Cons

They are not willing to invest in their development, in a day and age when companies and increasing bodies, they are decreasing.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to learn more about what is happening in the field, so that your product assortment can reflect relevant styles that are desired.
