    Pros

    With a many years of motorcycle industry experience with a diverse range of companies, I can say this is really a great company to work for. Everyone's behind the product and supportive of the company and one another. Great morale and team atmosphere if you're into and behind the product.

    Cons

    Reporting structure has been confusing and undefined, at least for me.

    I have been working at K T M North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    There are definitely people in this company that are great to work with and very smart (You can learn a lot). Very busy and fast paced.

    Cons

    90% of employees are underpaid and will be asked to take on lots of extra responsibilities. What makes this really bad is that at least half of the workforce here is very incompetent. This means you have a small number of hard working people getting all the work done, working right next to people who are on their phones most the day. (Can be very frustrating). This company also lacks leadership and direction. Upper management is very indecisive when it comes to future projects and planning. This means there is a lot of work done that ends up being useless or that has to be done 2 or 3 times over.

    Advice to Management

    The overall issue is that the hiring and firing process is executed poorly. Good employee's tend to leave because of poor pay or being over worked, and the people that replace them are quite often under unqualified. Mostly because the company defaults to the cheapest candidate not the most qualified. This issue extends all the way to upper management as well.

    Pros

    Exciting "Ready to Race" culture, great motorcycle brand, fast paced, good people who are passionate about the motorcycle industry.

    Cons

    Very fast paced intense environment, which is fine if you are up for it.

    KTM Northamerica, does not understand that Mexico is a complete different country, not a US sales region.
