Good people to work for! Good benefits! You work from home! Amazing job!

I have been working at K12 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working from home, flexibility, understanding managers who listen to their employees and take & implement feedback from teachers regularly. Overall, morale is very high and the work environment is extremely positive and supportive.

    Cons

FLOS is a newer school site, so our processes seem to change pretty frequently, which can be frustrating once you finally get the hang of things and they change all over again. Low pay when compared nationally.

Position should be more, low pay in comparison to other companies

I have been working at K12 full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You work from home, you teach children

    Cons

You overwork from home. You have to stick by your computer- even during planning breaks or you will get a call. You often work unpaid overtime. Administrative tasks galore. Makes in person school seem like a cakewalk.
