    Pros

Near grand central... I need to use more characters to meet form minimum

    Cons

Don’t listen to management during interviews regarding pay and the type of work you will be doing. You are a body and will be treated as such. Management will tell you whatever it takes to get you in as a body on their low profit margin projects. Be prepared to be lowballed and lied to. Do not take the bait.

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying already.

    Pros

    Some nice people work there.

    Cons

I haven't been there that long, but have already seen the terrible culture at this company. Lack of respect for employees and a lot of office politics.

    Advice to Management

pay attention to your employees. The company will end up going under.

I have been working at K2 Intelligence full-time

    Pros

Sometimes the work is interesting and the office is located fairly close to Grand Central and subway lines.

    Cons

Management constantly disappoints on promises and plans. The leadership at K2 is mostly composed of people who built their career elsewhere and joined K2 to cash-in; just look at the website biographies and you will see the pattern. Lower-level managers and junior people who have worked at K2 for a while are too stressed out to care or do anything useful, and they admit have no confidence in the executives or the CEO. Bloated leadership team lacks any interest in building a company that cares about employees or delivers for clients. Their only motivators are greed and ego and their only concerns are self-enrichment and external image. Don't work here and don't hire for work.

    Advice to Management

Hopeless. I plan to quit this year.

-don't listen to any of the positive reviews!
