    Pros

    - Training and Development- they conduct a quarterly review with your manager to see what you have achieved. That might be normal for any other companies, but they also ask you what support you need from the company. They will really care about you as a person and make sure you have everything you need to achieve your goals!
    - Flat organization- Very fair culture. Any suggestions you have, management will listen to you and work with you to grow your career

    Cons

    Really not much to say here! Of course, there are difficult and hard tasks but the team in K2 is like a family, you work with smart and talented people (and lots of fun)!

    Pros

    - Very exciting time to join, lots of changes taking place within the market and K2 is striving to be a market leader, lots of internal investment to improve processes and workflows
    - Management aren't a group of people behind closed doors who you never meet - they take the time to travel to different offices and because of a very friendly and open community, you could be meeting C-Level management within your first few weeks
    - Everyone very willing to share and learn - most senior people have grown within the company and have a lot of advice they are willing to give
    - Great colleagues, international environment, some office perks (gym allowance, laptop allowance, monthly company reviews with free drinks and food)

    If you have the right attitude and are willing to work hard, you can achieve a lot at K2. I had the opportunity to travel to 3 different offices in 3 different continents, and was given a certain amount of freedom to attend events that I thought were relevant etc. If you show potential, you will be given rewards and further chances to grow.
    - When you join, you are welcomed to the "K2 Family" - once you are settled your colleagues in your own office and abroad really do create a very friendly and involving community
    - A lot of international collaboration - you have opportunities to speak to people in all the different offices

    Cons

    - Long working hours
    - Some management decisions can be implemented without thorough explanation to employees, causing a certain atmosphere of fear and uncertainty
    - High pressure working environment, which does create motivation sometimes but at times it can feel like there is no other choice

    Advice to Management

    -Transparency is key, particularly where employees are directly and immediately affected.
    - Continue trying to bridge the divide between sales and back office - it's easy for back office to go unnoticed but really their work is vital and neither could work without the other. Lots of attempts have been made here which is great, but keep on going!

    You can earn well if you're lucky enough

    Cons

    Management at times (too often) unprofessional
    Unless you make yourself visible (to say in a diplomatic way) to senior management they won't care about you

    Pros

    K2 is always looking for ways to innovate, and ways to change the business for the better. A company where people care about each other, and want to see each other succeed. Real career progression is available, including international travel, and the chance to change path if you want to.

    Cons

    Sometimes the change management doesn't keep up with the changes! But it's important to keep trying to grow and change, so this is a small price to pay.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working on ways to engage your staff, and developing them at all levels. A new challenge is a great way to keep people working effectively.

    Pros

    Good company to learn about Recruitment, Processes, Technologies.
    Ongoing training on Sales
    Great office, great people to work with, good atmosphere.
    Possibility to get very good commissions

    Cons

    Always working on the same technologies are the best way to lose the resourcing team.
    People on the Contract side are more likely to be promoted.
    Try to be a bit more creating in terms of resourcing, there is plenty of platform to resource.

    Advice to Management

    The company seems to be going on the good direction, Management is always happy to share news on a local or global scale.
    Maybe find an other way to motivate people.

    Pros

    Clear about its goals and why you are hired - you are given targets, goals and guidance in order to achieve them. Great place to be if you are self-motivated and take pride in being successful.

    Sales environment, very friendly and healthy competition - great fit for someone that works fast and likes achieving results in the short term - team work is highly valued

    Leadership that can be trusted, meritocratic

    very innovative business - setting new grounds for recruitment and keeping standards really high.

    Cons

    as it is very focused on growth some areas of the business are a second thought... office is in constant renovation. Not that it is the most important thing to get placements done, but it is annoying to be moving around so much.

    A lot of micromanagement...

    Advice to Management

    This is a very forward thinking business when it comes down to technologies, market trends, sales strategies, keeping up with competition - willing to test new things and take risks.
    Time to have same approach with the way you manage people... embrace your mobile workforce, treat everyone as adults and when you ask for feedback listen to it with an open mind
