    Pros

Great work environment, very helpful staff and the HR department was more than accommodating.

    Cons

Not as much exposure beyond tax prep, but still learned a lot!

    Pros

There was a generally strong team environment and well intentioned push for work life balance. One partner in specific (Mr. Brown) is extremely knowledgable and was an outstanding leader and mentor from whom I learned a great deal from. Opportunity to see all aspects of a client's financial statements, and a strong emphasis on learning and professional growth.

    Cons

Lack of diversity of client industry base which limited my career options upon my departure. Only private clients. Not as progressive as you will usually find in a larger firm. Very weak in the middle management level. Not a complete split of audit and tax department.
