    I worked at KASCO full-time

    Pros

    None it's a paycheck that's about it.

    Cons

A terrible company from management on down. The turnover is rediculous they might as well be a temp company. Employees will smile at you in the face and stab you in the back.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring people for who they know and hire for what they know. Training and safety is a joke.

I worked at KASCO full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

True git employees who work like they will fired every day.

    Cons

Senior Management is only concerned for themselves. There is no criteria for success. The model for service is flawed. The most depressing place one could work at.

    Advice to Management

Promote field leadership to Sr management and fire current leaders. Stop threatening and retaliating against those who speak out about problems. Replace the CFO who has created many problems defending his misguided actions.

I have been working at KASCO full-time

    Pros

Location and a few hard working people sprinkled around

    Cons

There is zero leadership from the president, HR or upper management. Everyone is stepping on each others toes, no direction, no communication on company changes. Really bad decisions being made right now company wide. Big disappointment

    Advice to Management

Talk to your people. It takes zero talent to communicate how’s and whys in a business yet it doesn't get done. You’ll keep losing good people if you don’t.

I worked at KASCO full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Freedom, independence and creativity encouraged (for me anyways).

A lot of potential and can be a fun and crazy atmosphere.

    Cons

Overly broad and complex business model. Some metrics operated at cross-purposes. ( Lean inventory management vs. Same-day customer service). New business was not scoped or on-boarded properly.

    Advice to Management

I've heard that there is new upper management which is probably a good thing. The last leader was very intelligent, but was too narrowly focused on the business as a manufacturer which only accounted for 40% of revenue. The other 60% was the customer service business, and the company would've benefited from better prioritizing of these goals. The Field found the double standards very difficult to balance on their own, and it was exceedingly difficult for mid-managers and office support to strategize around.

I worked at KASCO full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

pretty much your own boss, always busy, can make good money with commission/bonus structure.

    Cons

Poor support structure from office, training not good(had to learn on my own how to work on a lot of the equipment), always a lot of pressure to bring in high revenue with limited parts and inventory on hand.

I worked at KASCO full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Only pros with this company is that you don’t have to be under the same roof with the warden and prisoners running the show

    Cons

Employee moral is at an all time low. Company doesn’t know
that cause they don’t know about employee moral. The field is blamed for everything that goes wrong. A lot of money has been spent to find out ways the field is getting over on them, but money is not their for the employees pay, but their for every kind of device/app/software to try and caught someone doing wrong. Been here a long time and never gotten a raise and don’t expect one anytime soon. What your starting salary is gonna stay that forever and a person here 1 week makes same as person here 20 years. New leader was put in but really nothing is changing cause the prisoners are still running the jail.

    Advice to Management

Take advise from the field on what’s working and what’s not working. This use to be a company that had very few opening now it’s a revolving door. You gonna keep losing good employees and I felt I was a good one but enough was enough. No one wants to work and never get raises and basically nothing but a that a boy now and then. WAKE UP PARENT company and see this company is going down quickly. Can’t even find good employees no more cause Kasco is an industry joke. Maybe they gonna look back and see what was working with this company before all the pay change, and micro management started and good quality managers where running their areas on cruise control. Good luck everyone.

I worked at KASCO full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I wish I could say.

    Cons

The management go behind your back set you up for termination. Tell you to do what it takes to turn dollars, and then when you are called on what was billed, they play dumb. You are disrespected. If you work here you better work under the radar. Micromanagement. Have creeps in HR that think they run the company. Never file s complaint about issues. They will fire you. You have no voice at this company.

    Advice to Management

Treat the people who is making the money with more respect.
