    Pros

Regular introduction of innovative home building products and processes. Formal training processes in place for people that are new to the industry and seasoned professionals to keep their skills sharp. Sincere focus on customer satisfaction.

    Cons

Some key regional and corporate leaders are not easy to work with and act unprofessionally. High quality people are not retained because of this. Conversely, people have been promoted for being politically adept, even though absent of key skills (ex. basic algebra) or collegiate degrees.

    Pros

Training is AMAZING. Management is supportive and has integrity. We make a LOT of money. We have amazing company parties. Sometimes these parties even include huge expensive cash prizes for the sales reps based on their performance. Sales reps can sleep in because offices open at 10am and 11am everyday. Some days are super busy, which nicely fly by. Other days are super quiet, and we use those days to get all our admin work done, meaning we have good balance so we don't get stressed out.

    Cons

Health benefits aren't great. Sales reps are required to work every Saturday and Sunday, meaning you're unable to spend time with your family on the weekends.

    Pros

Very good training program both in product training and in Sales skill set training. The agent learns also much about the construction process.

    Cons

More difficult than most agents think. Far more responsibility for managing sales and site. Must meet quotas. Work weekends and Holidays.

    Pros

I loved working with KBHome. The pros of this job were simple it was a great work environment, The training on all options and processes are very well defined and the 'team Spirit' is great. Everyone worked together to help each other out. Meeting with new home buyers is great, you make a difference in the clients life and share in the enjoyment of experience.

    Cons

I don't have many cons to the job. The construction schedule was tight so you could not spend a lot of time on any particular area that could be an obstacle but with the right training and a genuine concern for the home buyer it can be overcome.

    Pros

The strucutured selling training was excellent and by far the best part about the whole experience. Great place to learn if you want to get started in the business.

    Cons

Long hours go with the job. Management's focus was on gross sales numbers; write the contract and see what sticks.
