    Good training
    Car allowance
    Good culture
    Milage allowance

    Cons

The sales goals are quite challenging but are achievable so I guess overall it is fair to their employees .

    Advice to Management

more on the job evaluations, at present they re too reliant on end of year reviews. apart from that great place to work

I worked at KBC Financial Products USA full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Smart people, lots of opportunity to show your stuff and shine, supportive upper management (at least within IT), not a lot of bureaucracy that you would get at a larger organization.

    Cons

Not a huge focus on formal training - you are expected to learn as you go (which can also be a positive).

Some of the lack of bureaucracy could be maddening at times, though that is the challenge, to find the sweet spot.

    Advice to Management

With 20/20 hindsight, I would recommend to management not to get involved in CDOs!

I worked at KBC Financial Products USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

High level of responsibility and opportunities for advancement earlier in your career. Flat management structure, casual environment and strong camaraderie.

    Cons

The only con is that the company dissolved its business in New York but the relationships among KBC former employees are still quite strong and remain close friends.

    Pros

kbc offers trainings and allows you to develop your career in the direction you want it. People are quite friendly and open and its easy to have open talks with everyone.

    Cons

The salary was not what I expected/was used to. (ok, Maybe because of my bad negotiation skills during the job interview). High employe fluctuation .. if you don't work hard enough they just fire you.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to what your employees tell you. They have good ideas, so take them seriously. If you increased the salary your employess would be more motivated to work hard.

    Pros

-Excellent group of people and a low stress working environment.
    -Strong Compensation with excellent benefits

    Cons

-A bit too relaxed IT structure, which can cause projects to take longer than necessary.
-Tendency to ever-engineer a solution, essentially reinventing the wheel in some cases,
-Relies to much on emails to discuss complex ideas, rather than face to face (or video conference) meetings

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the laid back environment, but a little rigidity doesn't hurt now and again.

    Pros

Competent, professional sales; very good technically; pleasant work environment; entrepreneurial spirit

    Cons

Management a bit aloof; sales sometimes drove deals through objections

    Advice to Management

Think a bit more about risk, not reward
