I have been working at KBR full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great people, comfortable work environment.

    Cons

Dwindling benefits, no pay raise in a few years now and there appears to be none on the horizon.

    Advice to Management

Quality Employee retention is every bit as important as the stock holder's bottom line. One makes the other one more profitable in the long game but the little guy shares in none of the benefits. Too many good people leave the company and you'll be left with a serious issue.

I have been working at KBR full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A lot of great people work here, free parking, 9/80 schedule

    Cons

Seems like employees are just a number nowadays, and all they care about is bottom line regardless of how it affects the people. We don't get paid holidays, that says A LOT right there.

    Advice to Management

Yes, we need to look at the bottom line, but sacrificing the lower tier workers (which make up a majority of the company) is not the only way to do things. Just look at it from our perspective...would you want to be treated this way?
