The best people in the industry. Offers a great work environment. Good technology packages and work processes. Strong legacy and name recognition leading to repeat business.
Cons
Management appears quick to jump on the latest “buzz” words and make short term decisions accordingly tending to forget the core businesses that have made KBR such a strong player in the Energy, Oil & Gas and Government Services industries. Constant reorganization of the business groups.

For the start the salary offered by KBR is very competitive and the company offers a lot of opportunities for the graduate engineers. The work environment is also great.
Cons
I can not find anything negative as I have had experience with may companies within the Oil and GAs industry and KBR is one of the best.

Cons
Sometimes not given any work and you’re left with nothing to do. No job security if you’re in the gas and oil industry as soon as prices drop you’re out as projects stop
