    I have been working at KDS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    For employees truly looking to make a positive impact and see immediate results of hard work this is a great place to add your stamp. Leadership is open to all feedback and excited to hear ideas, this is not a place that says "we've always done it this way", there is an air of pushing the envelope and not just conforming to the establishment.

    Cons

    Not a con for me, but for those that aren't interested in an opportunity to wear multiple hats and to roll up their sleeves for the common good of positive outcomes, this may not be the place...

    Advice to Management

    Continue doing what you are doing, I'm thrilled to be a part of it all!

    I have been working at KDS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    KDS has an amazing new employee orientation program, allowing an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the organization. This has been a huge part my job success, as it has ensured I know exactly who to reach out to in the organization when assistance is needed.

    I am allowed to work independently, but have a wealth of knowledge at my fingertips, and experts a phone/skype call away to assist when needed.

    Everyone in the organization is approachable, and I feel perfectly comfortable talking to anyone in the organization about questions or concerns, from peers, to management, to HR, all the way up to the CEO. I've never worked in an organization so open to communication.

    Cons

    Can sometimes be stressful (like any job) but have fantastic team always there to offer support.

    I worked at KDS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Exciting new user interface that could improve safety awareness, and change the way a traveler gets from point A to point B more efficiently. The people are very nice.

    Cons

    Product developers do not understand vast differences in way product needs for each country -specifically the US. Individual Goals were written by employee but never approved by management which made bonus achievement/ pay out near impossible. Focus shifted often and without explanation and very little feedback given...even tough for the most independent of employees.

    Advice to Management

    Keeping clients and employees in the dark on shifting priorities causes distrust and unrest. Hire NA experts to develop product - then sell it...don't just try to get it right based on the smoke and mirrors of a nice interface.

    The benefits are not too bad

    The pay and people are not so great.

    Stop using outdated methods and get some new technology

    Work remotely with flexible hours, as long as the project is done on time.

    Can be stressful at times.

    I worked at KDS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    KDS are a small, determined and focused organization. Because of the organization's size management are open to ideas and you can affect strategy, tactics and daily activity. On top of that it is a fun and challenging environment where I learned an awful lot.

    Cons

    The possibility of progression can be tough because of the organization's size.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing!

    I am working at KDS since 8 years and i am having an incredible adventure. KDS is the best software company in terms of innovation, and people management. Teams are great, and everybody is helping others to grow and learn.

    Not at all, i am pleased to work at KDS

    Stay like that, continue being confident on your employees, and continue making that company growing.

    I have been working at KDS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I am a project manager based in the UK. My work is varied and spans the globe. I have managed projects in Europe, USA and APAC so travel is a must for my role. It keeps things interesting.
    The best part about working for KDS is its people, they are generally fun, friendly, interesting and helpful.
    We recently were awarded Investors in People which shows that the business does value and listen to its employees. I can say that the award is well deserved.
    I enjoy the atmosphere at KDS, its definitely got a good vibe.
    The product goes from strength to strength and is definitely full of innovation.

    Cons

    Can be stressful at times, but that's to be expected in my role. The recognition of doing a good job by my seniors and the rewards makes it worth it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    Great team (more like a family) of high performers. The flat organisation means you can make a difference and see your impact. Transparency with regular company updates sharing global performance against strategy and KPI trending.
    It's like a start-up but with the safety net of thousands of long term contracted customers.
    Fast moving, rapid growth and nimble - able to out manouver the competition.
    Very innovative products on the leading edge of B2B technology

    Cons

    Always very busy - so not for the feint hearted.
    Not really a 'con' but you need to be committed and a self starter.

    Advice to Management

    Crazy growth period ahead - keep investing behind success
