    Pros

    Excellent corporate culture!
    Management encourages me to do my best work while being fully transparent and supportive towards my efforts.
    A true team based and collaborative work environment even though a lot of us work remotely

    Cons

    None that I can think of - wish I would have had the opportunity to work here sooner. Really love working here!

    I worked at KEMP Technologies full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits, PTO is excellent. Overall good work life balance. The people you work with are very helpful and assist when needed. SE's are very knowledgeable and will assist on calls, WebEx and onsite customer meetings. CEO is a good guy.

    Cons

    Training for sales reps are too high level. They need to focus on how the reps can sell the product without getting too detailed oriented. Some micromanaging, sales reps at HQ have very little autonomy unless you work remotely than it's a free for all. Job can get very monotonous at times. It's a good gig for a few years then it's time to move on. Management cares more about how many calls you make instead of focusing on building relationships with customers and resellers. Morale is always very low and KEMP does nothing to improve it.

    Advice to Management

    Allow sales reps at HQ to travel, give them autonomy. Care about the well being of your sales reps. Trust them.

    Coworkers and management are supportive of new ideas and change. The ability to stay open-minded allows this company to constantly reinvent itself.

    Pros

    Company had great CEO and top management. Accessible when needed. Invests in employees. Benefits are on par with similar sized companies.

    Cons

    Career growth is limiting but understandable when there aren't many layers of management. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to opportunities within organization.

    Working with people from all over the world and learning cutting edge enterprise technologies. Relaxed environment, self paced.

    Cons

    Because dealing with some new technologies, no one in company is already expert. Not alot of hand holding. You have to do your own research.

    The exec team is first class. The company culture is healthy and fosters collaboration. I really like the strategic direction. Ray Downes is highly respected within the company.

    Salary could be better. Other than that, it's a good balance of work/life.
