    A prestigious workplace with international reputation and professional staff. High payment and generous compensation. Multinational environment with good opportunities to make cross cultural friendships.

    work-life balance is not well maintained.

    Highly bureaucratic and governmentally controlled environment, HR not as responsive and not as professional

    High salary + Convenient Facilities whitin the Hospital + Activities + Training Programs for employees

    Cons

    Long working hours from 7:30 AM till 5 PM - job promotions are not based on qualifications sometimes

    Process of Hiring and Promoting staff should be fair and shortage of staff at some department should be resolved

    Job that teach multi-tasking very well, working in different aspects, answering phone. accommodate meeting, typing memos, translating and answering diplomatically with fans

    Cons

    working as secretary could be little difficult specially if you did not get used to do multi-tasking and if you also hate to start working on something and some other work came on rush. there is always priority.
