I worked at KGI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

IF you're a scam artist, you can make a good amount of money.

    Cons

Customers were cheated off their money, often called in upset or crying, dealing with coworkers stealing leads/commission, commission rates are diminishing, supervisors breath down your neck to upsell, almost like a cattle call

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people you genuinely care about instead of firing people coldheartedly if they dont reach your "sales goals"

I worked at KGI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great employee discount on products, sometimes freebies, too. Work environment is nice, next to the Pyramids. Commute is nice due to location.

    Cons

It's all about who you know, not how much your know or how hard you work. Education and past experiences don't mean much if the management doesn't like you.

    Advice to Management

Figure out why good, quality people are leaving left and right.

    I worked at KGI full-time

    Pros

*The only good thing is going home on time.
*Does... no system, no guideline, no procedure consider "Pros"... cos staff gets to do what he/she like and probably gets to runs the company like their own.

    Cons

*Staff enjoy keeping information to their ownself.
*Team of despatch staff (4 of them)... most of time sit around chit chat in their language causing noise poullation.

    Advice to Management

    Not even worth a star...
*Please have proper system at work.
*Cultivate proper culture and values at work.
*Review your staff strength. You don't need so many desptach staff to sit around and chit chat.

    Pros

Delicious, free lunch everyday. It is the best point.

    Cons

A group of narrow-minded people with limited outlook. Even though the department only has about 30+ people, meaningless vertical administration results in a huge misunderstanding of the department's circumstances for the managerial level. By the way, in general, salary is ridiculously low.
