    Pros

    Chill and good people. A lot of young people work here because it is medium tv market

    Cons

    Some people do not know what they are doing...young people....everyone is learning

    Yes whatever training made available was excellent

    Cons

    Few training opportunities from managers who are nearly perfect.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up training.

    Pros

    You have job security because they are scared to fired people because they know it will take months to fool a person to come work in Tucson AZ.

    Cons

    Crappy pay, no incentive to work hard because no matter how hard you work, there is NO reward at your review. Benefits? what benefits, workers at Wal-mart get better health care then Journal Employees

    Advice to Management

    Grow a pair
