I worked at KIE Square Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Variety of work to Do
I came from a decent brand. Had KiE Square's Experience and got my Day zero company, I could not get on the campus. It has been so for a lot more folks, but for me it was quite quick. My CV has been in demand because of this company. So, thanks KiE, may be I would rejoin.

    Cons

Bit Slow, especially Accounts and HR
Employees are under utilized most of the time and management does not care... good for us....

    Advice to Management

We should aim to become a 500 people company
You have everything so, where is the hesitation.
    Analytics might be passe tomorrow.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at KIE Square Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I would not have said this when I was part of the company, but when I have moved on, I see for sure that work quality was much better at KiE Square
Having worked with both International and Indian clients, there is good learning on both
There is opportunity to go abroad, if you are in good books and I would have liked to be international but I had to leave because of my reasons

    Cons

Systems have been stressed upon but not built to the extent promised. No body is going to run away with the precious projects if they are made available to the new joinees for learning purposes. So there is a lot of forced self learning or follow up on getting access to collaterals.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time with the people

    Cons

    1. Formal systems and processes are missing and need lot of clarifications from HR / Management
    2. Too many projects and work pressure

    Advice to Management

    1. Please have formal systems and processes over and above what is already made available to employees
    2. More HR activities in office

I have been working at KIE Square Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As I have worked in 3 analytics companies prior to this, the quality of work is much superior
International focus and exposure is increasing, so employees have a lot of opportunity
One can get into any Top Names after the exposure here and the quality of employee in take it seems has never been compromised even though numbers have fluctuated.

    Cons

Admin and HR can improve as lot of things get delayed for no good reason
Too much freedom at times is bad

I worked at KIE Square Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good thing about Start-ups/Small company is that you watch the entire solution very closely. But that's an advantage with all the small companies, not only with Kie Square

    Cons

    1. Employees who served their notice period for 3 months without salary, after getting out some of them might desperately need some money because they have practically borrowed money from all their friends in previous 3 months. Now they expect their hard earned money to come. Well what you get is excuses. They will keep delaying and delaying for as much as 12-18 Months.

    2. It’s a company with effectively no HR department. For all your HR queries and needs you will call them and nobody will respond.

    3. Consulting employees are made to sit with Accounts and Admin workforce. Heights of non professionalism.

    4. They keep delaying your monthly salaries for as much as 3 months by giving excuses like
the clients have not paid the money. Well it’s not a direct program and the employee's contract
is with Kie Square and not with Its clients.

    5. Work will be thrown at you, and then nobody from the leadership will show up in the office for meetings
and road-map. You keep shooting email seeking a discussion, nobody will respond. After 15 day all of a sudden they will come and ask are we done with the work? Highly irresponsible management.

    6. You will claim some money after reading all the clauses and company policies. It will be denied sighting a Company policy which they just created.

    Advice to Management

Tough times. Start from reviving the work culture first, do not worry about Projects. Next decade is of Analytics, So projects will come. Focus on becoming a fairly OK employer for now. Very very week prospects ahead.

I worked at KIE Square Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You will never find anything good in this company if even you will spend 10 years or so on .

    Cons

    1) Management is really bad and unprofessional . They do everything to keep themselves happy and wealthy . You will not find such selfish and unprincipled people in your whole career .

    2) Management does not give your salary on time and negative employee satisfaction in term of incentives / work facility / work management. Sometimes they don't give salaries for 2 months.

    3) You will be overloaded by work and no one will be there to responde your queries related to HR or any other .

    4) If you think that you will get incentives in 1 or 2 or 3 years ..........No it will not happen

    5) It is worse company to work, if you expect at least 10 % of corporate culture and healthy work environment here ----------------Impossible

    Advice to Management

    1) Be employee oriented and appoint a good HR.

    2) Employee engagement and satisfaction needs to be seriously looked at and made more efficient.

    3) Be professional with your client \Customer at-least .

    4) Keep transparency in company.

    Pros

    Work quality is good
New client problems to solve every other day

    Cons

There should be more effort on building employee career path.
Although work wise flexibility is there, there are quite a few work environment policies too

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at KIE Square Consulting full-time

    Pros

The projects are advanced in learning and skills.
International trips and exposure for skillful employees, albeit at very short notices
Intelligent atmosphere with people from great backgrounds.

    Cons

At times communication gaps are there because of which certain sections have used it to their advantage
Too many freshers from campuses who are still in their campus cushions and are not always prepared to take up the pressures and startup challenges
Too many changes too soon and oldies are surely finding it difficult to handle. HR must play an aggressive role.

    Advice to Management

Should not get too worried because of intentional pressures created on them.
May want to focus more on laterals than campus hires, as they sway easily.
