- Competitive Pay - School base, and Network coaching - Small community of teachers in each grade level 6-8

- Long hours - Planning time non-existent - Ask to do task that are not yours, or are over stretching a tight schedule. - If you teach math or reading you will spend a lot of time in coaching meeting (feel useless), which cuts in to your time to prep, and plan for your students. - Students do what they want with very little consequences - Adults are not help accountable
