      Very well put together and organized. Has a strong vision to follow, and is committed to the development of all teachers

      -Inequitable pay for the amount of work that is necessary -Turn over rates are high so it is often difficult to establish strong culture/relationships -Transparency from Executive Leadership Members is not always given
