    Pros

Free lunch, medical benefits, good food and business class travels

    Cons

Disorganized management; if you are not a management or don't have a personal relationship with Senior people, you can forget about a future here. Listen to one sided stories; if they don't like you, you can start packing.

    Advice to Management

Personal relationship takes time to build. As long as it is not detrimental to the organization performance, why care if people are friends outside? Look at the contributions rather than how many friends or who they know before you judge the employee

I have been working at KKR full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great collaborative environment, everyone is smart, hard working, educated and driven. You're treated like a grown up and expected to hold up your end of the stick. Opinions matter and everyone is treated equally, with respect and genuine desire for engagement.

I worked at KKR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Breakfast and snacks provided
    Benefit package attractive

    Cons

Some EA annual increases (although grateful) were poor (1%)

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to survey results and feedback!! Support your EA's, build a team, not a hierarchy! Improving leadership and management amongst Support staff goes a long way and also improves morale!! Losing the edge...

    Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging, but is a priority for the firm.
