I have been working at KNACKTEK full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training is very detailed and in-depth
The internal team really cares about you as an individual
Launched me into a career I never new I was perfect for and was perfect for me

    Cons

It's based on individual effort, so you have to be ready to work hard.
Not for those that just want a job where they don't have to work.

I have been working at KNACKTEK full-time

    Pros

The people that work for knacktek as extremely caring and helpful. I had a serious family issue and they stood by me and helped me through it. Most companies I know wont do that.

I graduated with a tech degree and was offered low paying entry level positions with slow to no growth. Knacktek has me with a fortune 1000 company right now. Can't believe it.

    Cons

It takes lots of hard work but so does getting anywhere. And the biggest thing is how it all pays off in the end when you are working in a career that most people cant even get in.

    Advice to Management

Maybe some more office space. Last time I visited a couple months ago you can see how quickly the company is growing.

I worked at KNACKTEK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Great to jump start career
    2. Great for those who are single with no kids
    3. great for those who like to travel
It really is not a bad place to jump start your career.

    Cons

Can be very stressful at times
Internal staff stretched way to thin to truly appreciate you as a consultant and the risks you will take.

    Advice to Management

Hire more internal staff for Consultant Technical Support as a liaison for communication with offshore.

    Pros

When i joined KW, like most people, i was extreamly on guard and skeptical about the whole thing BUT i told myself that as long as KT has my back then I will have theres too. And so far they have stuck to that and I respect that! Like they really have your back. True its not easy and the training is going to be hard BUT its doable. The training was excellent anyway and I was well prepared when i was placed so i was abke to hit the ground running.

    Cons

This is not for the weak. If you give up easily this job is not for you.

    Advice to Management

I say keep up with what your doing

I worked at KNACKTEK (Less than a year)

    Pros

People are professionally dressed. Environment is comforting.
    Pay during training.

    Cons

You sign 3 yr agreement & MAYBE get job. NOT guaranteed.
Pay during training is at least minimum. It is not guaranteed to be on time.
    Management DOES NOT exist there.
Training = googling your own information.
Training instructors are employees of Knacktek instead of real instructors so you will NOT get real training. If you need extra help, you're on your own. They will tell you google more information.
Training does NOT equal up to FAKE resumes that THEY CREATE FOR YOU and senior level positions that they apply you for.
You are trained to lie! Lie about resume, experience during interviews, and yourself (if you're recent grad)
Resume that they create has 7+ years of experience. 2-3pages(front and back).

    Advice to Management

Just get rid of that crap, Stop misguiding people.

I have been working at KNACKTEK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company and fantastic opportunity for career development! The company has well trained and friendly staff who provide the support and help you need to make it through multi-phase program of training and placement. Engagement would hone your skills and add a wealth of well developed technical skills and competencies that make you knowledgeable and competitive in your field.

    Cons

Required to put the effort and time to catch up with the program requirements and reach adequate level of competency to pass the evaluations.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the remarkable effort!
