    Great hours and decent starting pay. Very easy job and laid back.

    Team leaders and management have no idea what's going on and there's no accountability for it.

    district management and up always looking for blame rather than taking care of customers. bad, mean, and dishonest apples at this level.

    Advice to Management

    break up the dead-weight at district and region level. They may know the business and the company, but know nothing about leading people, facilitating continuous improvement, and customer service.

    I feel that they are on the cutting edge of the elevator market Best equipment out there today very safety conscience always treated me well just do your job and all is fine.

    I have been working at KONE full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    This particular outfit has a lot ofmtalented people specially route mechanics. Also Kone only provides the best replacement parts and they make sure it gets done promptly. Also there is a lot of over time for those who wish to work.

    Cons

    There is little interaction from Managers and technicians. There is little communication between employees given they rely mostly on technology rather than human interaction.

    Advice to Management

    Find ways to bridge the gap among the Office personnel and the technicians. After all they are the ones that are at the forefront of the Organization.
