    I have been working at KONE full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Salary, Bonus and Incentives always on time and but not as per market standards & not as per work load. Process based company helps in achieving goals. Secure Job. Benefits etc.

    Cons

    Promotions too slow, Work Load Heavy and needs more Improvement in Process. Exit Policy and Exit Process heard bad remarks from former employees. Not settling claims on time.

    Advice to Management

    Customer Complaints needs to be reported, do not manipulate reports. Every customer complaint attended should be given incentives to technicians. Customer are for complaining. Zero Breakdown parameter, should be changed to no of complaints resolved. Then only can survive in tough market.

    I worked at KONE full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good and stable organisation to work for, known for its innovative strategies and product quality. Very good training and employee development programmes.

    Cons

    HR Department is very weak on regional level. High attrition rate is one of the main causes of concern. People who can't travel much should rather resist considering KONE as employees as this is a prerequisite for the jobs in branches.

    Advice to Management

    Employee reviews and yearly employee PDP responses should be taken more seriously.
