I have been working at KPMG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

KPMG values and puts all of their employs first above all. They also have a top notch learning and development program.

    Cons

Since it is the smallest of the Big 4, it has a long way to go in order to be number 1. Sometimes there is a biased perception by clients because we are number 4.

I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great client exposure, travel opportunities right away, great people to work with, industry leader in risk consulting

    Cons

Work life balance, average compensation for workload, inconsistent growth projections and targets make bonuses and raises highly volatile and inconsistent

    Advice to Management

inconsistent growth projections and targets make bonuses and raises highly volatile and unpredictable. Would appreciate more realistic targets to ensure groups achievements not overshadowed by ridiculous growth targets. 15% growth is lucrative and should be rewarded, even when goal was 16%.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at KPMG as a contractor

    Pros

Flexible with start / leave time. Very knowledge able coworkers and alot of quick exposure to providing value for big clients.

    Cons

No clear way to move up. No communication about decisions. They were open to new ideas but some ways of doing business & culture were not accommodating to millennial s.

    Advice to Management

Needs more transparency. In addition, management was all mostly looking out for performing and improving their own position and there was little sharing of valuable information.
