    Pros

KPMG is an international, well-known company. It is a rather good name on your resume and opens up many opportunities in your later career. Processes are rather fast. Professional manner. Good clients.

    -low work life balance

    Advice to Management

Cherish and train your people more. Try to remove barriers regarding bottom up communication. Try to reduce hierarchy thinking within the organization.
