    - nice working atmosphere and great people

    - luncheon voucher

    Cons

    - internal confllicts which make processes more compicated
    - too many reorganisation
    - at that time old computers (changed after the internship)

    Projects with leading companies, never boring, challenging roles, flexibility, interesting roles, good pay

    Cons

    Work hours, weekend work, 80-100% travelling, Partners have little people management skills

    Advice to Management

    Respect that people want a life besides the job, maybe even familiy, sabaticals etc

    Advisable for graduated looking to start their career.

    Limited scope of operation.
    It is a big organisation, so lots of bureaucracy can be expected.

    - Great people (I worked with KPMG on 3 occasions throughout my studies and always loved the people I worked with)
    - Offices all around the world (Easy to work overseas)

    Cons

    - Mainly inhouse trainings
    - No structured PHD programme for new hires
    - Only monetary incentives for graduates vs undergraduates instead of entry level

    Advice to Management

    Keep pointing out the work life balance you have to offer compared to those attractive strategy firms, but start offering more individualized and more structured career paths for new hires.

    Great exposure to US tax in an international environment, opportunity to work closely with management (even as an intern), amazing work-life balance in Germany, weekly department wide training

    Compensation as an intern could have been better
