    Pros

    you will learn more than anticipated.
    regarding the work culture, it all depends on the team you are assigned. Some team may treat you really well, some team will treat you really bad. it all depends on ur luck.

    Cons

    Too regulated.
    Need to bear additional cost like transport expense.

    Pros

    Challenging, satisfying and good learning curve for starters. High exposure to multiple industries practices. Able to learn to perform under deadlines and stress.

    Cons

    Workload is too heavy to be able to have a work and life balance. Rest time is hard to come by.

    Pros

    there's a lot of things you can learn from working in different type of industries as the clientelle portfolios varies. Also the seniors and bosses are very helpful and willing to share their knowledge

    Cons

    Too much workload as compared to the salaries paid. Its the culture embedded for staying late in the office to work but personally I think its very inefficient as a person need good rest as to work effective and efficiently.

    - Lousy medical coverage for clinics

    Pros

    An internationally well-recognised company which provides a great platform to head start an accounting career. There is also good workforce among fellow colleagues. A place to broaden networking too!

    Cons

    Poor work-life balance and not employee-focused. Slow in implementing changes with regards to employees' welfare in terms of salaries and remuneration!
