    Great company to work for, pretty good work/life balance and people are friendly and easily accessible at all levels - great culture.

    Too much volatility between great performers and average

    Stronger hiring practices and focus more on critical thinking/problem solving, case studies, etc. during interviews

    Pros

    Great place to start a career with opportunity to work on some of the world's largest publicly traded companies. Clear defined career path if you choose to stay or lots of great exit opportunities if public isn't your thing.

    Cons

    Long hours during busy season, multiple busy seasons depending on assigned clients (3/31 or 6/31 year ends), unpredictability, office politics and low raises.

    A lot to learn and fast track to build career. You get to meet so many good networks. You get to learn many variety industiries.

    Cons

    Over hour work is no surprise. Sometimes you have to work in the weekend eventhough no one asked you to.

    Pros

    Really awesome culture. They really value work life balance and do their best to try and accomodate it.

    Cons

    Long hours for interns, especially during busy season. However, you'll get great experience working on engagements with some very large companies.

    Advice to Management

    Management should provide more mentorship opportunities during their internships. Its great to network with full time employees to get a feel for how they like it.
