    Pros

    flexibility, good benefits, diverse roles, working for the right people in the right group you can really grow quickly and move up the ladder,

    Cons

    too many people in middle management, too many years to make partner, too much admin, not enough focus on technical skills, with the wrong group leader your career can be hamstrung

    Advice to Management

    eliminate the middlemen, focus on technical skills, reduce years to partner even if that means increasing turnover

    Pros

    Some good people, mostly from RK, but also a few good home-growns.

    Cons

    No real identity. Severe lack of focus on improvement (both from individual and collective standpoint). Extremely low level of knowledge provided to all staff, at least compared to other Big 4.

    Advice to Management

    Do something.
