I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is great place to start your career and gain your skills in financial reporting. Good colleagues creates warm atmosphere. Good social benefits (tranings, corporate discounts, medical insurance etc.) Clear promotion policy, ACCA compensation.

    Cons

The only adverse thing in work for KPMG is too low salary compared to salaries in FS sector and there is no inflation adjustment.

    Advice to Management

Please, increase salaries. This is the only thing, which must be changed. There will be very useful, if you will introduce Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Reuters training courses.

I have been working at KPMG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Many talented people, strong teamwork culture, good benefits, great career opportunities, possibilities for promotion and competitive salary. Overtimes are paid out or can be taken as leave time. Decent level of attention to personal needs of employees, you feel that your opinion is valued. Solid performance review system.

    Cons

Uneven situation in the company overall. I was lucky to be in a good department, but I understand that situation is not the same elsewhere.
It is expected that you will not stand up and leave at 18.00 just because your "workday" is over. Work is taken seriously and personally. This might not suit everybody.

    Advice to Management

I like the chosen management direction and some work is definitely being done in human resources department to make quality of life improvements. I think that efforts should be made to unify work environment across all functions/departments as I fell currently some lines are definitely working better than others.
