    KPMG is operated under a Partnership. As in all partnership, it appears that it is difficult to control the organization and steer it in one direction as a corporation would be able to. Each regional office appears to have their own agenda, and the partners themselves do not always appear to be in-sync with the company direction.     - you are assigned to real projects from the first day of your work
    - you get assistance from your senior collegues
    - extensive training and career development program
    - overtimes paid (however if you perform very well, you hardly work overtime)
    - good insurance coverage
    - ACCA preparation and registration
    - global opportunities from senior positions, internship in New York for the best interns
    - friendly atmosphere
    - retreats and corporate events

    Cons

    - not too convenient to get from metro to the office
    - salary very competitive for those who just start the career, however in several years the compensation is lower comparing to the market given your level of responsibility, experience and competence
    - moderate exit opportunities
